Aranwa Paracas Resort & Spa

I recently hired Aranwa via Booking.com, I booked the room with the private access to the pool and it did not disappoint. I was actually very happy with the size of the pool and quietness. The staff from front desk are magnificent and efficient. Buffet from breakfast was also full of plenty of options. The only let down, was that there was a private event from a tech company that lead to a private party finishing at late night hours, these beings woke me up at 3am. Other than that this one of the best options to experience in Paracas.

La camera spaziosa e pulita cambio asciugamani ogni giorno.
Essendo inverno non abbiamo potuto provare le piscine.

Lovely luxurious hotel. Comfortable and clean. Only stayed two nights at the end of a tour of Peru so didn’t experience the whole hotel but bar and pool area were clean and good to look at.
You can walk into the main town either along the beach or via the road (the hotel provided golf buggys driven by their staff if needed). Beach out side the hotel grounds, which they have no control over, was filthy though but I think that’s everywhere. Hotel grounds were immaculate. Loved looking at the Booby birds and Pelicans. Food was lovely and good variety. I

I was in Paracas from Feb 14-18, 2024. After backpacking throughout Peru for a month, I chose the 70 minute deep tissue massage and 60 minute hydrating and anti-aging facial. My massage therapist was Franccia and Tanya did my facial. Both services were worth every penny! Franccia found all the knots in my upper back and she through the deep tissue massage, I could feel my spine crack and set back into place. In addition her foot and lower leg massage is amazing!! Tanya applied this very hydrating mask over my face that felt really soothing- I was very sunburnt. The facial included an IPL therapy! Best way to end my trip before heading back to Lima!

Great food at the Veranda Restaurant. Helen provided excellent service!

We did not stay at the resort, but it seems very nice. We will be back just for the food alone.

We asked for several substitutions, and the chef was very accomodating.

Bellissimo hotel, altamente raccomandato. Ho viaggiato con la mia ragazza; questo viaggio in Perù è stata un'esperienza incredibile. Paracas è affascinante e l'hotel ha una posizione eccellente con una vista mozzafiato. Anche se i film erano solo in spagnolo e non abbiamo potuto goderli, la spa, il karaoke, il ballo in piscina e la musica con il barbecue erano eccellenti. La reception è stata incredibile, specialmente dalle receptionist Stefany, Rosa e Patriza. Rosa era sempre pronta ad aiutare con qualsiasi domanda avessimo, anche sulla cultura del suo paese, cosa che abbiamo molto apprezzato. Patriza del room service era molto attenta, hanno due piscine ed è stato fantastico. Il personale era molto attento, anche se ho notato che correvano molto, non perdevano mai il sorriso. Congratulazioni per avere un ottimo hotel e un grande team. Torneremo a febbraio, questa volta con i miei amici e la famiglia dal Perù. Spero che l'esperienza sia la stessa o migliore.

Très bel établissement, personnel très attentif et prévenant ! Un merci tout particulier a Jessica du restaurant pour son attention à l'occasion de notre lune de miel. Accès facile au port par la plage également !

Il resort è meraviglioso e dotato di ogni comfort, le camere con accesso diretto alla piscina sono molto comode, spaziose e pulite. Bagno spazioso e dotato dei prodotti di prima necessità. Ottima la colazione con un buon buffet ma anche la ristorazione alla sera niente male. L'hotel si trova sulla spiaggia ma il non si fa il bagno in mare a causa delle alghe; siete però vicinissimo all'imbarco per le Isole Ballestas (da visitare sicuramente) oppure se vi spostate un pò prendete l'aereo per vedere le linee di Nazca. Servizio alla reception molto cordiale, attenti a ogni esigenza, Abbiamo prenotato anche una escursione molto ben gestita. Siamo arrivati con il pullman e dalla stazione fino all'albergo siamo arrivati a piedi (100/200 mt) con un comodo golf cart ci hanno trasportato dall'ingresso fino alla reception. Le piscine presenti sono ben 2, ottimo servizio bar a bordo piscina, sdraio dotazione di asciugamani. Bellissima e comoda la spa dove abbiamo prenotato diversi trattamenti. Bella e fornita la palestra sovrastante. C'è animazione ed eventi, ho assistito ad una presentazione dello chef sulla separazione del chevice (pesce marinato).

Chambre spacieuse avec terrasse. Salle de bain correcte. De grandes piscines avec de très bon transat. Un petit-déjeuner buffet très bon, un bar affichant des prix corrects au regard du prix des chambres.

Hôtel horriblement cher pour aucun services proposés :
Pas de bagagiste à l’arrivée, une première pour ma part dans ce type d’établissement;
Personnel ne parle pas anglais;
Chambre très mal insonorisée et à rafraichir : salle de bain pas terrible, pas de cintres dans la penderie ; il faut attendre 30 minutes pour que le bain coule ;il faut être ingénieur pour comprendre comment la télé marche;
Piscine non chauffée, court de tennis à l’abandon, pas de plage privée offerte par l’hôtel, spa à l’image de l’hôtel : vieillot et peu fonctionnel (le sauna et le hammam ont seulement été allumés quand on est arrivé, il fallait attendre 30 minutes le temps qu’ils chauffent et ils sont aussi à rafraîchir);
Aucune excursion privée organisée : autant aller à Paracas prendre les bateaux c’est beaucoup moins cher pour le même service;
Petit déjeuner vraiment décevant : aucun produit local ou fait maison, on se demande même si les pancakes ne sont pas achetées toutes faites et réchauffées; pas beaucoup de choix;
On rentre dans notre chambre pour aller aux toilettes et la femme de ménage arrive en même temps : elle allait commencer le ménage... on a dû lui dire d’attendre et elle nous a demandé qd elle pouvait passer... à croire qu’elle n’avait rien d’autres à faire... Là aussi une première pour un 5*...
Bref pour un complexe hôtelier qui est sensé garder ses clients toute la journée, nous n’avons fait que quitter l’hôtel tellement il n’y avait rien de bien dedans.

Grand complexe touristique certainement récent construit avec accès direct à la plage ( mais je doute qu’il soit possible de se baigner,,,)
Les chambres donnent sur la baie avec les bateaux de pêcheurs ... Les chambres sont spacieuses grande literie avec coffre etc elles sont très fonctionnelles très lumineuses
Dans l’hôtel il i à deux piscines spa salles de thalassothérapie etc que nous n’avons pas testé
L’hôtel est situé à 500 m du village par la plage Cependant le soir à la nuit tombée on ne s’est pas aventuré par la plage
L’hôtel ne semblait pas très occupé et on se sentait un peu seul dans ce grand ensemble
Un défaut pour cet hôtel il est peu insonorisé, au debut de la nuit vous avez droit à une musique tonitruante et à 2 h du matin on a eu un bruit saccadé de sommier très grinçant pendant plus d’une 1/2 heure venant de la chambre voisine

Hotel molto bello. L'organizzazione pessima, eravamo in 5 fratelli con le loro famiglie in totale 14 parsone tra bimbi e adulti,ci hanno fatto un casino con le camere. Per la festa di capodanno non cera più posto. Insomma alla fine ci siamo divertiti lo stesso ... deve migliore L'organizzazione

Abbiamo soggiornato all'Aranwa una sola notte nel corso di un classico tour del Perù.

La prima impressione è stata buona, una bella camera ampia e un piatto di dolci per celebrare il viaggio di nozze ad aspettarci... peccato che già al nostro primo timido tentativo di richiedere la sistemazione del riscaldamento (fuori era brutto tempo e freddo, in camera abbiamo trovato aria gelida) sia emerso il pessimo servizio: la risposta della receptionist è stata molto semplicemente dare a mio marito il foglio di istruzioni del condizionatore e dirgli che loro non potevano farci nulla. Ma seriamente? In un hotel che millanta 4 (o forse 5?) stelle? Mah...

Il giorno dopo poi il nostro tour prevedeva la visita alle Ballestas al mattino e il pomeriggio libero; avendo scoperto la sera precedente che Paracas non offriva alcuna attrattiva, come prima cosa al mattino (prima del tour, intorno alle 8 o forse prima) abbiamo quindi chiesto all'hotel un late checkout, che però non era disponibile.
Ovviamente non si trattava di cosa dovuta, quindi abbiamo chiesto in alternativa di poter fruire della piscina/zona relax con lettini interna alla SPA per passare il tempo e riposare un po', dato che benché l'hotel avesse diverse zone piscina esterne il meteo non permetteva decisamente di usufruirne.
Il receptionist ci ha assicurato che non ci sarebbe stato problema, ma una volta tornati dal tour ed entrati alla SPA abbiamo scoperto nostro malgrado che avendo già fatto il checkout non risultavamo più registrati, quindi vi lascio immaginare il delirio con l'impiegata della SPA... che per inciso non parlava una parola di inglese.
Alla fine, complice un minimo di mio spagnolo e una nostra evidente scocciatura, ci hanno fatti accomodare senza darci nemmeno un telo o un'indicazione e guardandoci storto ogni volta che ci passavano accanto (a titolo informativo: la zona relax era completamente vuota, e noi stavamo semplicemente dormendo o leggendo un libro). Non ho mai ricevuto un trattamento del genere, e pensare che ci era stato descritto come un ottimo hotel! Tra l'altro avremmo anche fatto volentieri un massaggio, ma data l'accoglienza ci siamo ben guardati da dar loro ancora dei soldi, e nonappena è uscito un po' di sole siamo andati via per spostarci sui lettini esterni da tanto ci sentivamo a disagio.

Il resto dell'hotel è mediocre, la colazione nella media e le stanze purché ampie non hanno nessuna caratteristica particolare. Per compensare un trattamento del genere avrebbe dovuto perlomeno essere perfetto nella struttura, e non era questo il caso.

Se avete alternative evitatelo, o passateci meno tempo possibile... davvero il peggior servizio dell'intera vacanza.

Sehr schönes Hotel. Sehr sauber. Modern eingerichtete Zimmer. Gute Küche. Klasse Service.

Leider waren wir außerhalb der Saison da, so dass wir fast die einzigen Gäste waren. Dennoch waren die Poollandschaft, der Wellness-Bereich, die Bars und Restaurants geöffnet. Klasse!

Während des peruanischen Sommers ist das Hotel auch für einen mehrtägigen Erholungs-/Badeaufenthalt sehr gut geeignet (es hat den Standard höherwertiger Clubhotels auf den Kanaren).

Dieses niedrig gehaltene große Hotel liegt direkt am Pazifik. In wenigen Gehminuten am Strand entland ist man in der Ortschaft Paracas, wo es unzählige Restaurants und Souvenirläden gibt. Die Fischgerichte in Paracas sind einmalig gut.
Die verschiedenen Gebäude sind in eine wunderschöne Gartenlandschaft eingebettet. Es gibt zwei Pools und ein Fitnesscenter mit Blick in den schönen Garten.
Unser Zimmer war riesengroß und ebenso die Kingsizebetten. Es ist modern mit dunklen Möbeln ausgestattet. Die niedrige Badewanne ist mit einer Glaswand versehen. Leider gab es auch hier nur eine Wandbrause. Bademäntel, Frotteepantoffel und noch vieles mehr werden zur Verfügung gestellt.
Das Internet ist kostenlos, der Code: hotelresort und funktioniert tadellos im Zimmer, Lobby und Businesscenter.
Das Frühstück wurde in Buffetform angeboten, beim Abendessen wurde man bedient. Die Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet war mittel, die Qualität gut.
Das Personal war freundlich, nur am Abend mit mehreren Gruppen war der Kellner total überfordert.

Tolle Anlage, direkt am Meer. Auch die Pool-Landschaft sieht wunderbar aus. Das Spa machte von außen auch einen guten Eindruck - wenn es denn in Betrieb gewesen wäre. Wir hatten das "Pech", dass wir in der Nebensaison da waren. Daher waren einige Angebote nicht verfügbar und zum Schwimmen war es uns zu kalt.
Wir haben trotzdem den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Vor allem das Sonnenbad auf unserem großen Balkon hat uns sehr gut getan.
Das Frühstück am nächsten Morgen war auch sehr reichhaltig.
Wir waren schon ein wenig traurig, dass wir so schnell wieder weiter mussten. Ich würde sicherlich wieder kommen.

Dieses Hotel liegt etwas ausserhalb des kleinen Ortes.
Die Zimmer sind geräumig, sauber und haben einen schönen Balkon mit Ausblick.
Auch die beiden Pool mit Meerblick sind sehr schön angelegt. Zu unserer Zeit waren sie auch beide super sauber.
Der Service ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war gut soriert und auch reichlich vorhanden. Alles hat gut geschmeckt.

Wir besuchten dieses Hotel im Zusammenhang mit einer Rundreise. Die Zimmer waren sehr grosszügig und hatten einen schönen Balkon mit Meerausblick! Auch das Bett selber war angenehm und war überaus gross. Die Anlage ist zentral in Paracas gelegen und die Bootsanlegestelle bzw. einige Fischrestaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ebenso sehr schön sind die beiden Pools der Anlage. Einzig kleine Abstriche gibt es beim Frühstücks-Büffet. Trotzdem kann ich das Hotel nur weiter empfehlen!

Super hôtel ! Paradisiaque, avec un bon personnel on mange très bien, les chambres également sont parfaites, les piscines sont super bien entretenue, la salle pour manger est spacieuse rien à signaler.
